I see once again they have closed down another one of my blogs. well of course I, as a American will never be silenced. Free speech shall prevail. I will say what I want when I want to how I want.

pat you might have a suit against whomever is reporting you to google. and possibly a suit against google/blogger. if i were you seek legal counsel on this one. it has happened enough times already for you to take legal action.
especially after your last blog in which the last thread wasn't offensive. moreso, it was you telling it like it is in your own word. if you need assistance, i would be happy to direct you to a powerful law firm in your area that deals with these matters.
if this was me, I would at the least seek out my legal options. more than likely you would get shit (money wise) from the person reporting your blog as they have no money. but, you can always go after who has the money too (blogger) for allowing this action to occur.
anonymous didn't realize how stupid you were. Fighting a company like google...Pat wouldn't need to put any money upfront you fool. If a lawyer felt he had a case. They would take it under the condition of getting 33% of the winnings. Hence due to large corporation and beating them in court, the large company can pay it off. Google of course has their protocols, terms and so forth. But, still are not above the constitution. And they're a publicly traded company which makes them under more scrutiny than a private company. So, when you have something intelligent to say...lets speak. For now concentrate on your spelling...leagal and lire are new ones for me. Or did you mean legal and liar? lol.
Anonymous I have nothing to prove to a bunch of people from a blog and/or chat. And you asked ehy don't I handle his case. Well, for one I'm not license to practice in the State Pat resides. And second, a case like this with all summary hearing, discovery process would take over year. You think I would stay in away from my family and home for a year. Be realistic here. Not like Pat et al....would have to attend all the hearings...that's what their attorney(s) is for.
As for the other matter I never reported Pat to Google so get your stories correct. A long time ago when Pat was an idiot I threat to report Pat to Worker Compensation...so stop your leg humping here. I am simple trying to help the man out and a good possibility that Pat can win a Summary Judgement in his favor and the thing never goes to trail. Since large corporations prefer to keep these things silent rather than go to court. Therefore if a settlement offer is not unreasonable the company usually settles with a non disclosure clause that no one was at fault here. So for all the BS if Pat can get like $75K in his pocket for doing nothing...why shouldn't he think of using legal action. It's definitely an option he should explore.
oh a anonymous I hardly even go into the rooms anymore. If I go its for roughly no more than an hour in the morning and then go about my day. The rooms are dead and got fucked up a long time ago from some people.
